I’m honored to serve as the new Director of Softball Operations for RBI Softball. With 11 seasons of coaching experience and a career record of 305 wins, 184 losses, and 12 ties, I’m passionate about developing strong athletes, confident young women, and competitive teams.
Throughout my coaching career, I’ve had the privilege of working with more than 100 young ladies. While every player has made an impact on my journey, my favorite player will always be my daughter, Isabella. She is the reason I first began coaching softball many moons ago, and I’m grateful that the game has always given us a way to grow, compete, and stay connected.
In my spare time, I enjoy giving hitting and pitching lessons to athletes who want to improve their skills, build confidence, and grow their love for the game. Developing players individually is one of the most rewarding parts of coaching, and I take pride in helping athletes reach their potential both on and off the field.
Off the field, I am blessed with my wife, Meagan, and our three children: Isabella, Andrew, and Brock. We proudly call Valley View, Texas, home. I look forward to bringing my experience, energy, and commitment to RBI Softball while helping create a positive, competitive environment where players and families can thrive.

I am a former Division I pitcher at the University of Louisiana at Monroe and have been around the game for most of my life. I recently moved back to Texas after spending the past several years in Louisiana. During my playing career at McKinney Boyd High School, I set six pitching records, was named a MaxPreps All-American, and was a two-time All-State player.
I’ve spent the past several years continuing my passion for the game through coaching. I coached high school softball at St. Frederick High School in Louisiana for three years, finishing as State Runner-Up in my final season in 2026. I’ve also coached travel softball on and off throughout college and have experience working with athletes of all ages.
I specialize in pitching, hitting, and fielding, and I love helping athletes become more confident and well-rounded players. My goal is to create a positive and encouraging environment where athletes can work hard, have fun, and continue to grow both on and off the field. I’m excited to be back in Texas and look forward to helping the next generation of athletes reach their goals!

Maci is a collegiate softball player that offers hitting, fielding, and pitching lessons. She was a 4 year varsity player at Whitesboro High School, where she helped her team to a state bronze medal in 2024, made the UIL State All-Tournament team, and earned 1st team All-District honors. She began her college career at National Park Colle

She was a 4 year varsity player at Whitesboro High School, where she helped her team to a state bronze medal in 2024, made the UIL State All-Tournament team, and earned 1st team All-District honors. She began her college career at National Park College (2024-2026) where she earned All- Conference honors and was on the presidents list both years. She will be continuing her softball career at Texas A&M University- Texarkana starting this upcoming fall. With experience at both the high school and collegiate levels, Maci focuses on not only helping players improve their performance, but also to grow their love for the game and their confidence on and off the field. She tailors each lesson to the athlete, helping players improve their skills and reach the next level. She is excited to help athletes reach their full potential!

Baseball has been part of Troy's life for as long as he can remember. He played at Whitesboro High School, where he built the fundamentals and work ethic that carried him to the next level, and continued his playing career in college at North Central Texas College (NCTC).
Those years as a player — learning from good coaches, studying the game, and putting in the reps — shaped the way he coaches today.
Troy's coaching philosophy is simple: teach the fundamentals the right way, and make sure kids genuinely enjoy the game. From throwing and hitting mechanics to fielding, baserunning, and reading the play, he focuses on the details that help young players grow at every level.
Just as important, he works to create a positive, encouraging environment where effort is celebrated, teammates pick each other up, and kids walk off the field wanting to come back tomorrow.
