Zoie brings elite softball experience and a passion for developing players. A varsity standout all four years at Era High School (2019–2023), she was 2022 Defensive Player of the Year and holds the stolen base record for both a single season and her career. She trained privately under Coach Taylor Christian, the long-time assistant coach
Zoie brings elite softball experience and a passion for developing players. A varsity standout all four years at Era High School (2019–2023), she was 2022 Defensive Player of the Year and holds the stolen base record for both a single season and her career. She trained privately under Coach Taylor Christian, the long-time assistant coach of the NCTC Lions, while playing select with the Black Widows, sharpening her skills and knowledge of the game.
At Dallas Christian College, Zoie competed at the collegiate level, earning President’s List honors and helping her team become regional champions and World Series finalists.
Specializing in hitting and catching, Zoie’s coaching philosophy is to build strong fundamentals, foster confidence, and help every athlete love the game while reaching their full potential.

Maci is a collegiate softball player that offers hitting, fielding, and pitching lessons. She was a 4 year varsity player at Whitesboro High School, where she helped her team to a state bronze medal in 2024, made the UIL State All-Tournament team, and earned 1st team All-District honors. She began her college career at National Park Colle
Maci is a collegiate softball player that offers hitting, fielding, and pitching lessons. She was a 4 year varsity player at Whitesboro High School, where she helped her team to a state bronze medal in 2024, made the UIL State All-Tournament team, and earned 1st team All-District honors. She began her college career at National Park College (2024-2026) where she earned All- Conference honors and was on the presidents list both years. She will be continuing her softball career at Texas A&M University- Texarkana starting this upcoming fall. With experience at both the high school and collegiate levels, Maci focuses on not only helping players improve their performance, but also to grow their love for the game and their confidence on and off the field. She tailors each lesson to the athlete, helping players improve their skills and reach the next level. She is excited to help athletes reach their full potential!

Mya trained under Chad Ramsey, the pitching coach for NCTC. She played select for 10 years as a pitcher and first basemen, with an extensive knowledge of pitch calling and situational awareness. The majority of her select career was played for Texas Elite Gold. She was a switch hitter with a specialty in slapping and earned a scholarship to play for Bethany College in Lindsborg Kansas.

Baseball has been part of Troy's life for as long as he can remember. He played at Whitesboro High School, where he built the fundamentals and work ethic that carried him to the next level, and continued his playing career in college at North Central Texas College (NCTC).

Baseball has been part of Troy's life for as long as he can remember. He played at Whitesboro High School, where he built the fundamentals and work ethic that carried him to the next level, and continued his playing career in college at North Central Texas College (NCTC).
Those years as a player — learning from good coaches, studying the game, and putting in the reps — shaped the way he coaches today.
Troy's coaching philosophy is simple: teach the fundamentals the right way, and make sure kids genuinely enjoy the game. From throwing and hitting mechanics to fielding, baserunning, and reading the play, he focuses on the details that help young players grow at every level.
Just as important, he works to create a positive, encouraging environment where effort is celebrated, teammates pick each other up, and kids walk off the field wanting to come back tomorrow.
