TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BASEBALL BATTING CAGE

1. GENERAL AGREEMENT
By using the baseball batting cage facility ("Facility"), all participants and guests agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises and/or suspension of facility privileges.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Baseball and softball activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to, being struck by a ball or bat. By entering the Facility, all participants assume full responsibility for any injury or damage and waive all claims against the Facility, its owners, staff, and affiliates.

3. LIABILITY WAIVER
All participants (or their legal guardians if under 18) must sign a liability waiver before using the Facility. The Facility is not responsible for injuries, lost or stolen items, or damage to personal property.

4. SAFETY RULES

• Helmets must be worn at all times while in the batting cage.
• Only one batter is allowed in the cage at a time.
• Spectators must remain in designated areas and out of the batting cages.
• No unauthorized equipment or personal pitching machines allowed.
• Bats must be swung only inside the designated areas.
• Participants must follow staff instructions at all times.
• Misuse or roughhousing will not be tolerated and may result in removal.

5. RESERVATIONS & USAGE

• The Facility may require reservations for cage use. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
• Payment must be made in advance or as per the Facility's payment policies.
• The Facility reserves the right to close for maintenance, events, or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

6. AGE RESTRICTIONS

• Children under 12 must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
• Certain pitching machines or cages may have minimum age requirements.

7. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

• No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or reschedule.
• The Facility reserves the right to refuse refunds due to policy violations.

8. CONDUCT POLICY

• Any abusive behavior, foul language, or failure to follow instructions will result in removal.
• Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• The Facility reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.

9. DAMAGE TO FACILITY PROPERTY
Participants are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Facility reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Facility constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

By entering the Facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
